Tim Treanor, Chairman and CEO, Co-Founder
Tim co-founded and has led OVS Media since its inception in 2000. Under his leadership, OVS Media has grown to the industry leader in the use of streaming media to promote government transparency and the pioneer in creating the stakeholder broadcasting marketplace. Tim brings over 25 years’ experience in political consulting, public relations and media development, including the production of award-winning rich media websites and TV and radio commercials. His background includes managing two winning congressional campaigns before age 30. His understanding of streaming media started when he worked in marketing at RealNetworks, Inc. in the late 1990’s. Tim then developed his vision for streaming media technology for the public affairs marketplace, launching OVS Media. Tim received a B.A. in Political Science from American University.

Tchad Moore, Director of Operations
Tchad is a multimedia producer/project manager for OVS responsible for all technical production aspects of OVS streaming media events. Tchad also serves as Vice President of Communications for AFCEA Energy, serving the global U.S. federal energy community. Since 2004, he has served as senior trainer at the award-winning Montgomery Community Television (MCT), where he is responsible for teaching professional studio and field production techniques. As a freelance photographer and videographer, Tchad has created ground- breaking digital content for the American Film Institute, Discovery Communications, the March of Dimes, The Children’s Inn at NIH and GovLoop. He has a B.A. in History from Reed College.

Pat Kehs, Strategic Advisor Director/Producer
Pat is one of Washington’s leading video production specialists, having overseen multi-camera shoots for many federal government and private sector clients over the past 20 years, including the U.S. Navy, American Red Cross, Kaiser Permanente Healthcare, The World Bank, the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association and more. Pat also serves as the lighting director for NBC’s Meet the Press and was part of the NBC News television pool broadcast team for three presidential inaugurations. He received a B.A. in Communications from American University.

Bill Connor, Strategic Consultant
Bill brings a wealth of experience and a broad network of contacts among key Washington, DC, circles of influence. He is a principal of Oratorio Media and Presentation Training and counsels CEOs, politicians, government leaders and other senior officials on presentations, speeches and media interviews. Bill was formerly White House Correspondent for the Hearst Corporation television stations, an anchor and reporter for NBC’s WCSH-TV and a business reporter for Newsday. He has received numerous professional awards for his work, including an Associated Press citation for excellence in investigative reporting. He holds a B.A. in French from Vassar College and a M.S. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.

Will Stone, Public Affairs Strategist
Will is a Vice President at Jefferson Consulting Group, a leading Washington, DC, public affairs firm. He was formerly chief of staff to Congressman Dave Obey (D-WI), Chairman of the Appropriations Committee, for nine years and acted as his chief advisor on a variety of issues. Will’s previous roles include Vice President at Denny Miller Associates, a leading Washington, D.C., public affairs firm, Executive Vice President at Advocacy, Inc. and Director of Financial Services for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. He has also served as an adjunct professor at George Washington University. He has a B.A. in Communications from American University.
